Senco Gold & Diamonds, the largest jewellery retail chain from Eastern India, has announced the re-opening of its stores across green and orange zones in 4 states -West Bengal, Odisha, Assam and Karnataka. The brand has started operating its 11 stores in these four states after getting clearance from the government. The brand will continue to follow the safety instructions suggested by Government authorities across all locations. Senco Gold and Diamonds plans to start operations across all locations in a phased manner following clearance by the concerned Government authorities. Brand will follow all safety measures while reopening the stores. We are ensuring contact-less shopping experience by using new age technology and emphasizing on digital payments.”
Senco Gold and Diamonds’ “Safe Hygienic Atmosphere at stores” initiative includes, getting approval for business from concerned Government authorities, maintain proper hygiene at stores by sanitizing entire stores including lifts at standard intervals, regular temperature check of employees as well as customers at entry gate. Employees will also be following safety measures like wearing hand gloves, face masks, and head shields while assisting customers maintaining social distancing norms. Brand will ensure delivering sterilized and sanitized jewelleries to customers. The company will also ensure sanitization of jewelleries after every display to customers.
To provide “Contactless Experience” to customers, Brand has installed virtual jewellery trial room at selected stores. Customer can try out the jewellery virtually while choosing from multiple options. Senco Gold and Diamonds is encouraging customers on digital payment. Post payment the cards will also be sanitized with customer’s approval.
Company is promoting its ecommerce platform for shopping and is also suggesting customers to do first round of selection with the help of e-catalog prior visiting the store. On-call assistance by customer support team will be available to help the customers while shopping online.
